Elizabeth Golembiewski                                                                    Elizabeth has lived in Austin since 1985. Elizabeth received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Edward’s University and attended graduate school to receive a certificate in Conflict Resolution.

After working for many years in the corporate world, Elizabeth discovered that she had an innate talent for interior design. In the late 90s, her interest in design and her affinity with eastern modalities led Elizabeth to study Feng Shui.*  “Fung Schway”  is the ancient art of living in harmony with your environment.   She studied with two of the top Traditional Feng Shui Masters in the world.  In early 2002, she was certified as an advanced International Feng Shui consultant.

Using her interior decorating and Feng Shui skills, Elizabeth began working with realtors and clients to stage their homes for selling – which peaked her interest in real estate. For several years she assisted a top producing realtor stage homes for quick sale.  To better serve clients in all the aspects of home selling and buying, Elizabeth became a licensed Realtor®.  She is now able to combine her abilities to offer a complete spectrum of interior decorating, Feng Shui and real estate services.

Her niche is in helping sellers prepare and stage their homes for a quick and profitable sale and in helping buyers find a home that truly meets their needs.  

David Dailey
David was born in Arkansas and grew up in Dallas. He moved to Austin in 1975 to attend the University of Texas and never left Austin. He obtained a degree in Radio and Film and hoped to work in the film industry. However, because of the high cost to make films he was forced to change his career plans.

A few years later, David opened the wildly successful restaurant “Castle Hill Café.”  David was executive chef and owner of Castle Hill until 2004. Castle Hill continues today to be an Austin institution and is known for its affordable fine dining.

After taking time off to rest David obtained his real estate license.  Through his business model at Castle Hill Café, he learned that superior customer service is paramount to a business’s success.  He is skilled at listening to a client’s needs, doing research, and negotiating transactions.
