5- We check on the property regularly to ensure that it’s in good showing shape.  We bring in fresh flowers, candy, marketing materials, and an innovative method of ensuring that each person that sees the house leaves feedback regarding price and condition.

6- Our marketing materials will be unique to your home and will provide local school information, neighborhood highlights, highlights of the home, and other pertinent information.  We make all information easily available to realtors and their buyers so they have all information necessary to make an offer.
